Data and purposes
A stay enquiry includes your name, email address, requested dates, numbers of adults and children and, where provided, a message. The rights form collects only your name, email address and message. This information is used to answer the relevant request.
Legal bases
Stay enquiries are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Website security, abuse prevention and spam protection rely on the controllers’ legitimate interest in protecting their services.
Airbnb calendar
The public calendar reveals no personal data from Airbnb. Only unavailable date ranges and the latest update date are displayed.
Recipients and providers
The recipients are the owners. The website does not store form submissions in a database. Messages are delivered through Resend, the email delivery provider configured by the owners, to handle the request.
Retention and marketing
Enquiries and related exchanges are kept for no more than 12 months after the last exchange. There is no newsletter, no data is sold and no marketing takes place without separate consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to processing where those rights apply. Use the dedicated “Exercise my rights” form below without providing stay dates.
Complaint
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at cnil.fr.
Using WhatsApp is voluntary. Information sent through that channel is processed by WhatsApp/Meta under its own rules, which may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area.

This form is separate from a stay enquiry. No holiday dates are required.
